Brief: Tale of Knives hired Pink Shark to generate new business through social media advertising. The main objective was to generate new sales with new customers as well as current/past customers.
Initially, we were given the objective to get their ad account reinstated by communicating directly with our contacts at Facebook. Upon reinstatement of their ad account, we were able to generate immediate sales. We then capitalized on retargeting ads that would be shown to those who were already familiar with the brand through past website visits and social media engagement.
