It’s extremely commonplace to search the web for articles on search engine optimization and find writers lauding the benefits of their Los Angeles SEO company and suggesting that you can skyrocket to the top of page results for your own chosen search terms. But of course, there are a lot of balanced and informative articles, too.
What’s comparatively rare, though, is a piece focusing on warnings about SEO and how the aforementioned local SEO company can mess things up for its clients. I’m proud to say that this is a topic I’ve mentioned before. And I’m even prouder to say that I’m very confident that the warnings will never reflect badly on my own Los Angeles SEO company.
Entrepreneur.com recently published an article that highlights six harmful SEO practices. The intro to that article also backs up my former warnings by saying much the same thing I have said on previous occasions: if you don’t know what you’re doing when you start a relationship with a local SEO company, you’re at risk of being taken for a ride.
If, however, you read the given article and others like it, you can go into your first meeting with an SEO professional prepared to properly vet him or her, and make sure the company will be serving your site’s unique needs.
